A talented baker and long-time market favourite, Mardelle is the creative force behind our signature cakes, cookies, and treats. With a love of quality ingredients and classic techniques, she ensures every bite is as beautiful as it is delicious.

Madison Burdge

A marketing specialist with a passion for storytelling, design, and all things sweet. Madison brings a fresh eye for branding and community building to the café — and is always dreaming up new ways to make Cakes Cookies & Coffee Bar feel like a little getaway in the heart of Goderich.

Founded by Madison and Mardelle, our small but mighty crew brings creativity, care, and a dash of tropical fun to everything we serve.

From the first batch of cookies in the morning to the last espresso poured, we work together to make every visit feel like a sweet escape.

Welcome to Cakes, Cookies & Coffe! I'm very thankful that you have made it to this delicious website. I love decorating Custom cakes and cookies, it is therapeutic to me. From all the resreaching, designing, and to all the packaging, every step make my heart smile! I enjoy serving my community, since I was 13yr I have been working in Vanastra, at Kate's Station ( shout-out), and a few bakeries all round our community. This is where I have probably received my weakness and craving for coffee and baked goods from.
